Annual Tractor Raffle

Donated by Richard Chase in memory of his agricultural teacher, Doc Watson. Richard cites that Doc was the reason he was successful in his career and life. So in memory of Doc Watson, Richard has donated this 1952 John Deere M to raise financial support for the New York FFA. Pioneer FFA will be doing some minor restoration work including new rubber, rims, and paint work. The drawing for this tractor took place on February 24, 2024. Past Tractors

The NYS FFA Foundation is looking for more tractors. We also accept vintage or older model lawnmowers.

A donation of a tractor is worth 10x the value of the tractor itself. This project has been a major financial plus to the foundation's efforts. We reserve the right to resale, refurbish, or recycle any tractor donated, but we will consult with the donor about their wishes.

We can provide any donor with a letter of donation as a receipt for use for your taxes. If you are able to ship or transport the tractor, we can add that value to the letter of donation. In addition, we will share progress pictures of any tractor as it is refurbished by students.
